    The Trip, Continued

The trip through the mountains that day was awesome.  At one point I was jammin' to Van Halen's "Diver Down" (twice even, cause it sounded so good) while cruising US-50 through the Ozarks.  We pulled into the state park and did "Lunch on the Lake."  Again, the people were so friendly.  The locals served us a great lunch of sausages, potato salad, cole slaw and all the trimmings.  The amphibious car was funny.  We walked around checking out the fine rides, took some couples pics and hit the road again, on to St. Louis.
